Prenatal yoga offers the opportunity to relax, create space, and build strength and flexibility, while in community with other pregnant folks. You will learn safe and supportive yoga poses to practice during pregnancy that also help cultivate strength, length, and release in the body to prepare you for labor and postpartum. Class will include physical movement, calming breathing practices, relaxation techniques, and an emphasis on mind/body awareness. Connect with other pregnant people to share resources, questions, ideas, and challenges.
This class is open to people in all stages of pregnancy and welcomes all levels of yoga experience, including beginners!
