DONATION-BASED SUNDAY EVENING MEDITATION

Sunday Evening Mindfulness at Willow Street Yoga

Every Sunday | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST | In-Person Only

​

Join us each Sunday evening for a nourishing mindfulness practice rooted in community and reflection.

​

Our evening begins at 7:00 PM with 30 minutes of sitting meditation and 10 minutes of walking meditation, followed by a warm welcome, introductions, and a short reading or talk on mindfulness in daily life. We end with Dharma Sharing—a chance to reflect and learn from one another’s insights and experiences with the practice.

​​

Please arrive between 6:45 and 6:55 PM to settle in before we begin.

Chairs, blankets, and bolsters are provided; feel free to bring your own cushion or bench.

The evening is open to all and is *supported by donations.

The Still Water Mindfulness Practice Center’s mission is to nurture all who wish to practice mindfulness. We are part of a world-wide network of communities inspired by the teachings and practices of Thich Nhat Hanh, a widely-known Vietnamese Buddhist monk, author, and activist. We are also incorporated as a religious non-profit corporation in the state of Maryland.
