Boutique

• We accept returns of unused merchandise in original packaging and condition within 30 days. 

 

Booking

• All Classes and workshops must be booked and paid for before the start of class.

• Drop-ins are always welcome.

• Classes may be booked up to 5 weeks in advance.

• Each individual attending a class or workshop must book separately. This includes online events where household members may be sharing a computer.

• Thank you for settling your account balance before booking your next class or workshop.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Class cancelations are accepted up to 30 minutes before the start of the session.

• Workshops can be canceled up to 24 hours before most events.  

• Some workshops may have more stringent cancellation policies; please see the special instructions during registration for details. 

• Early cancelations will be held as account credit unless a request is made in writing to the registrar.

• Late cancelations are non-refundable.

• If a workshop is canceled, the registration will be refunded to the original form of payment.

• We do not accept retroactive cancellations for classes or workshops.

• To cancel your membership, provide at least seven days' notice before your next billing cycle; cancellations made later will be processed for the following cycle, keeping your membership active until then.

 

Membership and Pass Policies

• Memberships auto-renew monthly on the date of purchase and remain active until cancelation is requested.

• 10 Class Passes remain active for six months after the date of purchase and do not renew by default but can be set to auto-renew by request.

• Memberships and Class Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If you need to pause your membership due to illness, injury, or travel, please contact the registrar to make a request.

• We offer discounts and scholarships on a case-by-case basis as requested.

In-person Class Policies

• Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.

• We encourage our community members to stay up-to-date with all vaccinations, including Covid boosters.

• You are always welcome to wear a mask; masks are available at the front desk.

• Please do not come to class if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.

• If you are testing positive for Covid, please join us online until you test negative.

Zoom Recording Policies

• Classes and workshops may be recorded with teacher permission, and are available for personal use by the teacher and studio.

• All class and workshop recordings will be edited to remove student names, images, and/or voices before they are published or distributed.

• Willow Street adheres to all Zoom security requirements.
