Gentle Yoga for Balance Inside and Out

Here we are at the spring equinox, where there is nearly a balance between light and dark. In yoga this week we will focus on static balance (the ability to stand strong and still) and dynamic balance (the ability to anticipate changes as we move.)

Some say the spring equinox time can help us come to more balance in our lives. We might also reflect on how balance is showing up inside us now. Maybe these prompts could help:

What is in balance in your life right now?

What is out of balance?

Work/leisure time?

Indoor/outdoor time?

Speaking/listening?

Self-care/care for others?

Something else?

In class this week let’s look for ways to keep our balance on our feet and in our spirits!

Hope you can make it to Willow Street Yoga from 11 am until 12:30 pm on this and every Wednesday. You can sign up in advance at https://willowstreetyoga.com/ or at the door.
