Get to know Afia: I have been a yoga instructor (200RYT) since 2018 obtaining my certification from Willow Street Yoga Center. My teaching aims to help individuals recognize everyBODY's ability to be healthy and whole. Through yoga, people who feel physically inflexible can realize the strength, power, and flexibility in their body and mind.
