Baby & Me Yoga
with Pia Economou

Baby & Me Yoga is meant for caregivers and babies pre-crawling. Nurturing a baby can be hard on the body and mind. Let's stretch out those achy parts and join a community of other caregivers and their littles for a little self-care.
Classes include movement both with and without baby, interactive songs, baby massage, and time for relaxation. Class is an hour long to account for feeding, diaper changes, naps, and fussy babies which are welcome and expected during class. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Bookclub: The Buddha's Brain
with Beth Charbonneau

We all have a brain. Wouldn’t it be great if a deeper understanding of it could help us to enhance our joys and decrease our suffering in life? Good news—that is possible! Rick Hanson’s book, Buddha’s Brain, is an exploration of this very idea and this book group event is a chance to learn about, apply and practice key principles from the book with like-minded community members. Facilitated by Beth Charbonneau, we’ll dive into a few main ideas from the book and then engage in mindfulness and reflection activities together to apply these ideas to our own lives.
