Radiant Rhythms Ecstatic Dance
with Clara Fang
Many of us spend countless hours sitting at our desks and infront of screens, accumulating mental, emotional and physical fatigue. Ecstatic dance is the perfect wellness practice that lets us unplug from our devices and responsibilities in an interactive and immersive environment where everyone is encouraged to explore free expression through movement. In ecstatic dance, we get out of our mind and into our body and express and process our emotions through movement. The result is mental clarity, emotional freedom, and physical embodiment. The benefits of ecstatic dance include:
Stress and tension relief
Mindfulness and relaxation
Somatic healing
Self-expression
Exercise and play
Community and connection
No experience necessary! We will provide instructions and ease you into the practice. The event begins with an opening circle where we get to know each other and share intentions, followed by an hour and fifteen minute playlist, and a closing circle to share reflections. We will spend time before and after the dance connecting in community. During the dance there is no talking. This helps us to connect with our bodies and each other nonverbally. The result is often a trance-like and ecstatic experience.
Music: A mix of new age, worldbeat, tribal, EDM, trance, arranged in a dance wave, from slow to fast to slow. It is typically 50% non-lyrical.
What to bring: Water bottle, short sleeve, loose clothing, expect to get sweaty! Yoga mat (optional). No alcohol or food is provided and please don't bring any.

Autumn Harvest Workshop
with James Foulkes
As we enter Autumn, we harvest the growth of Spring and Summer, and like the trees, bring our energy inward to lighten up and release old "leaves," which we no longer need.
Autumn is the most potent season for intuition and vision and associated with the Metal Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In this workshop we are to focus on rejuvenating and invigorating the Organs and Meridians (energy channels) of the Metal Element - the Lungs and Intestines and the transmutation of their negative emotional characteristics.
The Metal energy of Autumn is an expression of new Yin. We will balance the Yin nature of the gentle cleansing asana stretches and breathwork with complementary Yang practices, whilst using meditation, journeying and deep inward listening to open to our intuitive gifts.

The Science & the Art of Reading the Hands
with LeBaron Frost Jr
Your Life is in your Hands
The study of the hands has existed since the earliest human.
Everything about your hands says something about you. The
“modern” science of Biometrics uses the thumb, fingers and
handprint for employee identification and building access –
even Amazon and Google allows the waive of a hand to
purchase groceries and other consumer goods!
All of this time, your story is being recorded in those lines in
your hands. Know yourself. See for yourself.
This two-hour workshop covers an analysis and discussion of
the entire hand (front and back view). Using your own hand as
a guide, we will:
Explore the myths and science of Chirology – the study of
the hand to determine a person's personality, nature, or
future events
Explore the astrological correspondences and the
significance of the different parts of the hand
Discover how the hand can be used as an indicator into
personal health and the quality of interpersonal
relationships as partners, parents and children
About LeBaron Frost Jr.:

Service Expert. For over 30 years, he has leveraged his
