A Gateway to Healing.

Conscious Connected Breath, CCB, is a powerful breath pattern that brings consciousness to the breath, creating space in the body and the psyche for deep healing. CCB is a modern, activating breathwork technique that involves an open mouthed inhale and exhale that is connected so that there is never a pause and is set to music. It is also known as circular breathing as the inhale and the exhale remain steady and rhythmic.

In this class we will learn about of the history of CCB, the affect on the body and the nervous system and participants will be lead in a breathwork journey.

About the instructor:

Meghan McCleary is a trauma informed Breathwork Facilitator trained through a 450 hour accredited program certified by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) which reflects the highest professional standards in breath-work training and education.

She utilizes the breath, Reiki, nervous system regulation and parts work to help guide clients on the journey of self-reclaimation. Her “resume” includes healing from over a decade of chronic illness and c-PTSD from severe child trauma. She approaches this work with deep compassion and curiosity with the understanding that healing is a journey not an end goal.

Cacao Circle + Sound: Sacred Writing, Inner Truth, and Restorative Sound with Johanna Olivas

Saturday, July 11th

3:00 pm - 4:30 pm EST | In Person Only | Cost: $40

Tibetan Singing Bowl

Join Johanna for an immersive 90-minute Cacao & Sound workshop, perfectly aligned with the potent energy of Tz’i’—a sacred day in the Mayan calendar deeply connected to truth, intuition, justice, and the reclamation of your inner authority.

This heart-centered, restorative experience is designed to guide you safely inward, weaving together the ancient wisdom of ceremonial cacao, guided journaling, meditation, and vibrational sound healing. We will begin by setting sacred intentions and partaking in warm, ceremonial-grade cacao. Known as a gentle plant medicine, cacao works as a natural heart-opener, helping to dissolve emotional walls and deepen your connection to your truest self.

Once the cacao has gently settled into your system, you will be guided through a series of reflective journaling prompts. These exercises are uniquely curated to help you tap into your intuition, uncover hidden truths, and explore the parts of yourself that are ready to be witnessed and honored.

To close the experience, you will surrender to the immersive, soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. As the rich, resonant sound waves wash over you, you will be invited to release stagnant energy, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and soften into a state of profound, restorative rest.

Mindfulness Walk in Summer Woods with Susan West Montgomery

Sunday, July 12th

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm EST | In Person Only | Cost: $40

Hiking in Forest

We have walked together in the winter chill and now we will savor the summer’s heat.
This guided mindfulness walk will be slow, not far, and deeply contemplative. We willspend time by the water and enveloped in shade. Through mindfulness we will access the healing properties of nature and cultivate a sense of calm and belonging.

Each excursion is approximately 90-minutes long and includes warm-ups, centering, and breathing exercises to allow for a transition from the day-to-day to an immersive
experience in the landscape. This is followed by a walk and an extended sit. We conclude with a returning ritual, a chance to reflect on the experience and understand how the practice can be used in daily life. This time in nature will not be strenuous; all skill levels and most abilities can be accommodated.

Summer Expansion with James Foulkes

Saturday, July 25th

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm EST | In Person & Online | Cost: $60

Willow_Street_Yoga_13_websize.jpg

As we move beyond the Summer Solstice and the heat of summer approaches its peak, nature rests on the delicate balance between growth and surrender. This season invites us to step into our fullest, most expressive selves—to cultivate love, embrace joy, and manifest our intentions while honoring the importance of discernment, balance, and rest.

Summer is the season of connection, vitality, and community, and in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is associated with the Fire Element. During this workshop, we will focus on rejuvenating and invigorating the organs and meridians (energy channels) of the Fire Element—the Heart and Pericardium—while exploring the transformation of emotions such as jealousy and meanness into love, compassion, and joy.

Representing the height of Yang energy, the Fire Element encourages openness, creativity, and wholehearted living. Through a thoughtfully guided combination of yoga asana, Qi Gong, meditation, and inner journeying, you'll connect with the expansive energy of the season, restore balance within, and leave feeling refreshed, energized, and deeply aligned with the rhythms of summer.

Summertime Soundbath with Jasmine Berry

Sunday, August 9th

1:00 pm - 2:30 pm EST | In Person Only | Cost: $45

About the Workshop

Join sound bath facilitator Jasmine Berry for a deeply restorative experience designed to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Using a variety of therapeutic instruments—including crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, and chimes—Jasmine will create an immersive soundscape that invites your body and mind into a state of deep rest.

A sound bath is a meditative practice in which participants are "bathed" in soothing sound waves and vibrations. As the sounds wash over you, they can help calm the nervous system, ease physical tension, quiet the mind, and encourage a profound sense of peace. Many participants leave feeling mentally refreshed, emotionally grounded, and better rested.

No meditation experience, yoga practice, or flexibility is required—this workshop is open to everyone. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive the experience.

Participants will rest comfortably on yoga mats and blankets throughout the session. If you would prefer to sit in a chair or have any accessibility needs or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out before the workshop.

For your comfort, we recommend bringing a yoga mat or blanket, a pillow, and a light scarf or eye covering. If you don't have a yoga mat, the studio will have mats and bolsters available for your use.

About the Instructor

Jasmine Berry is a dedicated sound bath practitioner whose mission is to create restorative experiences that invite people to slow down, reflect, and nurture their well-being. Through the healing power of sound, she holds space for relaxation, renewal, and a deeper connection with oneself, offering an experience that is both calming and transformative.

Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health with Leslie Howard

Saturday, September 12th

10:00 am - 3:10 pm EST | In Person Only | Cost: $150

Massage Therapy Session

Proper strengthening and stabilization of the pelvic floor helps create the essential foundation for all movement in the body. This is the deeper meaning of “core work”—supporting strength, alignment, and ease from the inside out. Whether you are experiencing specific concerns or are simply curious to better understand this often-overlooked area of the body, this workshop is for you.

This workshop may be especially supportive for those experiencing:

  • pelvic pain

  • lower back, hip, or groin discomfort

  • discomfort during sex or tampon use

  • skin irritation

  • frequent urination or difficulty holding urine when laughing or sneezing

  • pelvic organ prolapse

  • pre- or post-pregnancy changes

This hybrid workshop will begin with an accessible anatomy overview, followed by gentle, experiential movement designed to deepen awareness of this important yet often under-addressed region of the body. From there, we will move into yoga practices tailored for both hypertonic (overactive) and hypotonic (underactive) pelvic floors, along with specific exercises and asanas to support balance, strength, and release.

Participants will receive handouts for continued practice and integration at home. All are welcome, and while prior yoga experience may be helpful, it is not required. You are encouraged to bring friends, sisters, mothers, and daughters who may benefit from this work.

This workshop qualifies for continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance.

Please note: If you are registered for the multi-day teacher training, you are automatically enrolled in this workshop and do not need to sign up separately.
