Pilates: Strength & Length

Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. EST (In-Person)

w/ Ginny Kim

Strength & Length focuses on core stability, length, and mobility, all while weaving in the foundational Pilates principles of breath, control, precision, and flow. This all-levels class is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner or refining a longtime practice. 

Nia: Yoga Dance

Sundays at 11:30 a.m. EST (In-Person)

w/ Suzannah Weiss

Nia is the original JOY workout.  It involves carefully crafted moves from 9 movement forms, 3 Dance Art, 3 Martial Arts, and 3 Healing Arts. It could be described like dancing yoga, or dancing Taichi/Alexander Technique. The moves are carefully crafted to wonderful music, and no experience needed!

Join us for a yoga journey designed especially for growing bodies and curious minds. Our drop-off class twists traditional yoga into an adventure playground where elementary-aged explorers build strength, flexibility, and confidence through playful challenges that feel more like games than exercise.
