Winter Warmer

During the winter months, our energies tend to be naturally drawn inwards as nature becomes still and the cold weather and long nights creep in. 

This time is also one of incubating ideas and intentions to manifest in the Spring. 

We will establish multi-layered intentions to blossom in the forthcoming year by peering into the shadows of Winter through journeying.

Restorative Yoga & Reiki

Breathe and release into the support of bolsters, blankets, and other props that are intentionally positioned to support the body into a state of relaxation, releasing tension and stress. Angelique will guide you through restorative poses while using therapeutic Reiki to help deepen your experience. This combined healing practice of Restorative Yoga and Reiki promotes the nervous system to enter a state of balanced relaxation, encouraging both the body and mind to quiet, and allows for healing on a physical and emotional level.

Through precise sequences of breath and movement, we can achieve a state of yoga. This means that we can enter into a state in which the mind is clear and the body is balanced. This post-holiday practice will be the first of two workshops that will enable you to engage in simple practices (daily if you choose), to live more powerfully. The question is not: “How do I do this pose?” but, “How do I want to show up for my life?” How can we nurture our awareness through accessible practices with the breath, the body, and the mind, so that each moment of life becomes filled with profound intention?
