Join us for yoga classes outside on the patio of our Takoma Park studio!

I’d love to attend an outside class! What should I expect?

We want to make this a safe experience for everyone involved. To do so, we’re putting into place a number of guidelines for our classes:

– Classes will be held outdoors at Takoma Park, on the patio besides the building. Students will not be allowed inside Willow Street spaces: no changing rooms will be available.

– We’ll have studio mats spaced out for appropriate social distancing. We ask that you bring your mat if possible to put on top of the studio mat, and you are also encouraged to bring any props you might want, though studio props will be available.

– Please wear a mask! Our teachers will be masked as well.
– We’ll have staff on site ready to check you in – please let them know when you arrive!

How do I register for class?

Our outdoors classes will have limited capacity due to social distancing restrictions. As such, we are asking our students to pre-register for classes online. Booking is easy! Just create or sign-in to your Wellness Living account, select the class you’d like to attend, and click the green “Book” button!

• Wednesdays: Mat and Mind Beginner Flow with Laura Dyer, 5:45–7:00pm
• Thursdays: Intermediate Practice (I/II) with Diana McCown, 8:00–9:00am
• Saturdays: Intermediate Practice (I/II) with Joe Miller, 10:00–11:15am
