Membership & Renewing Pass Policies

  • Students will be charged upon enrollment and again at the same rate monthly (for Memberships)/after the use of 10 classes or 3 months, whichever comes first (for Rolling 10 Class Passes).
  • If the card a student has on file is set to expire, their information changes, or the card no longer supports payment, the student will provide the registrar with new payment information.
  • Membership and Pass payments are not refundable.
  • Memberships and Rolling 10 Class Passes are not transferable.
  • Memberships and Rolling 10 Class Passes do not include kids classes.
  • Memberships and Passes may not be suspended for non-medical reasons.
  • If a Membership or Pass is canceled mid-cycle for non-medical reasons, a partial refund will not be issued.
  • Requests for Membership or Pass suspension for medical reasons must be received in writing or via email by the registrar and accompanied by medical documentation. Suspensions may be subject to an administrative fee.
  • Cancelations are permitted at any time with 30 days’ notice.
