Rick Fiori

Rick Fiori teaches a style of meditation and yoga that leads to feeling more connected and grounded. His instruction is clear, simple and rooted in understanding the breath and its importance to the health of our body, mind, and spirit. Through his attention to breath, Rick encourages students to understand what they need in any given moment and practice in a way that leads to a greater sense of their own well-being and happiness. He emphasizes proper alignment that allows students to find freedom in the tight parts of their body while building strength and stamina. After fracturing his back and struggling with pain for years, Rick began his practice of meditation of and yoga and credit them with his ability to remain pain free.
