What classes are you offering?

• Mondays: Intermediate Practice (I/II) with Joe Miller, 8:15-9:45am
• Wednesdays: Mat and Mind Beginner Flow with Laura Dyer, 5:45–7:00pm
• Thursdays: Intermediate Practice (I/II) with Diana McCown, 8:00–9:00am
• Saturdays: Intermediate Practice (I/II) with Joe Miller, 10:00–11:15am

I’d love to attend class! What should I expect?

Our indoor classes will be smooth and balanced intermediate-level classes. 

Book your class in advance through Wellness Living online or on our mobile app (due to social distancing needs, we will have a very limited capacity and will not be accepting drop-ins).

All of our indoor classes will be in studio 2 (upstairs). Please enter the building from the back (parking lot) door during the week, and through the boutique on the weekends. Staff will be on site to direct you and check you in, and directional signage will be posted as well.

We ask that you come masked, and stay masked during the duration of the time you are in the building. You are welcome to use our dressing rooms, but we request only one student at a time. Please bring your own mat!

What are you doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

  • We are in the process of investing in brand new high-quality filters for our HVAC, and have applied for grants with the hopes of purchasing a top-of-the-line air filtration system. 
  • We’ve carefully measured our upstairs studio according to best-practice standards, and taped out spaces for mats. 
  • We’re limiting our class capacities to 9 students to ensure that attendees have more than enough personal space. 
  • We continue to maintain the cleaning standards that exceed the recommended guidelines.
  • We have policies in place to ensure that our staff and students remain masked while in the building.
  • We’ve streamlined our check-in process for reduced contact with staff.
