As the holiday season approaches, it’s easy to get swept up in the hustle. Step back from the chaos and join us for a nourishing workshop designed to help you slow down, ground yourself, and enter the season with clarity and ease.

In this session, we’ll blend somatic movement (yoga) and breathwork to release tension and clear stagnant energy. Slow, mindful movement and conscious breath will create space for calm, renewal, and inner stability.

About the Facilitator

Kathy Rivera

Kathy Rivera (she/they/ella) is a first-generation queer Latine, trauma-informed Energy Medicine and Yoga practitioner, and a devoted mom.  Her journey was shaped her roots in healthcare and wellness, the challenges of immigrant life, and corporate burnout. After leaving the corporate world, Kathy dedicated herself to her passions in holistic healing.

Certified in multiple yoga styles, breathwork healing, behavior change, and Usui Reiki Level II, Kathy creates transformative experiences that blend ancient wisdom with modern practices. Her trauma-informed approach provides a safe, compassionate space for deep somatic release and healing. Kathy’s mission is to guide individuals in reclaiming their authentic selves, both on and off the mat.
