Eyes Free Yoga is inspired by blind/visually impaired yogis and is a class where we will move mindfully and with intent, using all the senses less sight. We will focus on how we move and tap into how we feel this movement in our bodies. Through this process we will explore how we make connections without visual feedback, both on and off the mat. This class is open to all yogis, regardless of amount of sight, however, fully sighted yogis will be asked to wear a blindfold during class.
