Destress Yourself: Reducing Anxiety as We Wind Down 2020 with Cheryl Kravitz

Join Cheryl for a workshop including discussion, healing poses, readings and breathwork on Zoom. 2020 has been a year like no other. We have been bombarded with stressors for months, and now we are right in the middle of the holiday season during a pandemic. Time for a breather. Literally. 
 
Fear of the unknown can exacerbate symptoms of anxiety or trigger panic attacks, especially in people who might be prone to them. We might even talk a bit about ahimsa, the first of the yamas. The Yoga Sutras say that once ahimsa is mastered, even wild animals and ferocious criminals will become tame and harmless in our presence. That can’t be a bad thing.
 
Everything discussed in the workshop is always confidential. All levels of students are welcome. Zoom meeting links to the workshop will be sent out before the workshop begins. Please enroll at least 12 hours in advance.
