Let Your Yoga Dance Set Lists

Let Your Yoga Dance: Chakra 1 – Our Home, July 11, 2020

Moving to the theme of our Root Chakra – Muladahara – we connected to earth energy and the practice of gratitude for all our blessings.  Our “homework” this week is to slow down and smell the coffee.  Please your senses: bury your nose in some fresh herbs, taste and savor the fruits of the season, let your eyes soften and linger on the magic of fireflies, listen to bird song and find the singular beauty of the cardinal’s call.  And… take those “old records off the shelf” and “dance, dance, dance, dance like nobody’s watching.”
