Courage: Reducing Trauma and Anxiety as We Wind Down 2020 with Cheryl Kravitz

Courage: Reducing Trauma and Anxiety as We Wind Down 2020, a workshop including discussion, healing poses, appropriate readings and breathwork will be held Sunday, December 6 from 2 PM – 3:30 PM on Zoom. 2020 has been a year like no other. We have been bombarded with stressors for months, and now we are heading into holiday season.  Fear of the unknown can exacerbate symptoms of stress or trigger panic attacks, especially in people who might be prone to them. We need to take a step back.

Instructor is Cheryl Kravitz, APR, CFRE, RYT200, a graduate of the Willow Street Yoga Teacher Training Program. She received additional certification to teach yoga to survivors of trauma, restorative yoga, and yoga for brain longevity. She teaches specialized yoga to people with injuries, survivors of abuse, individuals with dementia and caregivers.

Everything discussed in the workshop is always confidential.  All levels of students are welcome. Poses will mainly be restorative. Zoom meeting links to the workshop will be sent out a day before the workshop begins.

This workshop will meet online; Zoom meeting links to the workshop will be sent out before the workshop begins. Please enroll at least 12 hours in advance.
