Committing to Your Whole Self with Diana McCown

January is a time of self-reflection and turning inward. Following a season of giving and outward focus, the start of a new year provides an opportunity to shift our awareness to ourselves. Over the course of six weeks, off the mat, you will focus on your own self-project; it could be cutting all meat or processed food from your diet, going to bed before 11:00 pm, establishing a daily meditation practice, whatever is calling your attention. On the mat during our Sunday gatherings, we will share our experiences, discuss selected text sections, support one another, and move through asana.
