Yoga Fundamentals

Yoga Fundamentals is a 6 week course to introduce you to yoga and get your practice off to a good start. Every person is unique, and you’ll learn to how to practice yoga in the best way for you. You’ll learn the concepts of yoga, basic positions and breathing. You’ll learn to practice with steadiness and ease, releasing tension and finding more freedom and power in your body. As the course progresses, Galen will help you find the right level and class to continue your practice. Yoga Fundamentals is perfect for beginners and for people returning to yoga after some time away.
