Yoga for Your Bones

Learn Dr. Loren Fishman’s simple yoga program to prevent or reverse Osteoporosis, or keep it from getting worse. His method has been empirically tested to improve bone density in over 80% of the study participants. Weekly class is focused on strengthening muscles and bones with modifications to make poses accessible to all students. We will also work on balance, posture, and motor coordination. You'll learn a 15-minute practice you can continue on your own. No yoga experience necessary; everybody welcome.
