Yoga for Middleschoolers

Explore yoga in a safe and supportive environment geared exclusively for those in middle school. Postures focus on strength, balance, and flexibility to support the adolescent body, relaxation and breathing techniques to support the adolescent mind, and discussion topics on how yoga can support the challenges and social pressures faced by middle school students. No yoga experience required. Current 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students.
