Stress Relief Saturday Series

Join Tuesday Irby this February for a special five week series. In each week's practice we learn yoga postures, meditation tools, and restorative poses that help ease your body and mind toward releasing stress, tension, and anxiety. For the greatest benefit, register for the entire series. As always, drop-ins are welcome.

This series is for every body and everybody. All levels of yoga and meditation practice are welcome.

Class will meet from Feb 1 to 29 in Takoma Park on Saturdays, from 1–2:30p. No registration necessary–attend with your membership or class pass, or drop-in to any single session!
