Mixed Level Pilates Express

Designed for healthy bodies (cleared by a health professional to exercise). A 45 minute Pilates workout that is oriented towards beginners, but has a flow from exercise to exercise.

Past experience in Pilates Fundamentals or some past Pilates experience is helpful, but not a requirement.

We have a repertory of beginner exercises, but with a goal of 45 minutes, the class will be streamlined.
