Pilates Fundamentals

Designed to introduce the Principles of Pilates and Core body work through exercise, at a slower pace than Pilates I.

Your Instructor will explain and break down exercise components, so the student can progress to Pilates I or Pilates I/II, depending on the students strength, ability and comprehension of exercises. Your instructor will also help you decide when to progress to the next level.
