Partner Yoga!

Partner yoga is a great way to build trust and connection between two people, as well as have some fun and try out new ways to experience your body and mind in your yoga postures. Join Rebecca Henry and her (not so flexible) husband Chris for a fun and lighthearted monthly partner class on the first Sunday of the month. We’ll use a variety of yogic techniques such as meditation, breathwork, and partner versions of familiar yoga poses to broaden and deepen your connection with your partner. This class is perfect for partners of any kind that want to connect with each other through yoga. Experienced and new yogis of any kind welcome!

Class will meet in Takoma Park on the first Sunday of every month, from 11:15a–12:15p. No registration necessary – attend with your membership or class pass, or drop in to any single session!
