Partner Yoga!

Partner yoga is a great way to build trust and connection between two people, as well as have some fun and try out new ways to experience your body and mind in your yoga postures. Join yogis Joe Miller and Rebecca Henry for a fun and lighthearted monthly partner class on the first Sunday of the month. Together they will help you understand how to use yogic techniques such as meditation, breathwork and partner versions of familiar yoga poses to create awareness, challenge our flexibility and strength to help deepen your connection with your partner. This class is perfect for partners of any kind that want to connect with each other through yoga. Experienced and new yogis of any kind welcome!
