Mixed Levels Pilates Basics

This class is ideal if you have been away from Pilates for awhile, and want to brush up your Pilates work, or If you have never done Pilates before and need or want to strengthen your core, and try out our wonderful, Pilates program at WS. This class is a nice blend of introduction to, or review of the basic exercises. Pilates is strengthening and stretching at the same time, and the MAT has an order of exercises that need to be learned and practiced.
