Mindful Yogic Parenting

Each week we will dive into one of the seven energy centers, or chakras, within each of us. We will draw connections between the chakra, its developmental stage, breath, asana (physical practice) and how we want to more consciously parent our children. No yoga or meditation experience required - just bring an open mind and a journal!
