Meditation for Moms (pay-what-you-can)

Meditation for Moms is a quick, 30-minute block of time in which to breathe, loosen your muscles, and calm your ever-moving maternal mind. Drawing on basic kundalini meditations and music, this class is great for beginners looking for simple ways to calm stress and anxiety, as well as those like Julia who find silent mediation a challenge. The class will begin with light movement to loosen the body followed by a short meditation which will utilize a specific hand position and breath pattern, accompanied with music. Any movement is purely optional and thus this class is appropriate for all moms, including brand new moms.
