Late Night Yoga Practice

My true home practice began in the evenings, after my small children were asleep and the kitchen was cleaned. I would roll out my mat and finally have some time to myself. Here, I share what learned practicing at home those late nights, with the intention of helping you and your body unwind from your day and get a great night's sleep, as well as giving you the tools to do this on your own. We'll begin with a strong practice focusing on moving with breath, hips and hamstrings, grounding postures, and some love for shoulders and upper back. We'll finish with deep relaxation: pranayama and even a longer, guided savasana. For students Level II+.
