The series focuses on perfecting the 2-arm swing, without a doubt the most beneficial exercise in the Kettlebell arsenal. It stabilizes and strengthens your feet, legs, hips, butt, and back, improves your finger and grip strength, improves abdominal breathing, corrects your posture, and is a phenomenal fat burner.
