Intro to Viniyoga

Experience integration of awareness, breath, and movement with Viniyoga. Viniyoga asana practice emphasizes function over form, recognizing that each posture has a functional effect on the practitioner. In each steady-paced breath-centered asana class, students will be guided through an intentionally sequenced practice to achieve functional benefits, such as improved postural alignment, increased range of motion, and development of healthy movement patterns.
