Immune-Support Yoga for Chronic Conditions

Our emphasis will be on relaxation, reducing stress, alleviating side effects of symptoms and treatment, and regaining mobility and strength. Geared for adults facing challenges with their immune system, chronic illness, heart disease, cancer, chronic pain, and caregivers. This class is also open to anyone looking to reduce stress and support their immune system. We will practice awareness, gentle postures (on chairs or on the floor), breathing exercises, deep relaxation, guided imagery, meditation, and skillful application of yoga in our daily lives.
