Hips + Hamstrings (I/II+)

A deeply grounding practice focused on safe, effective hip- and hamstring-opening postures. In this class, students will experience that regularly stretching these muscles paves the way to better posture, happier knees and low backs, and a sense of centered ease. Ample modifications offered for students with limited flexibility. This class is for students Level I/II+; at least one session of asana class Level I/II or higher, taken concurrently or as a prerequisite, is strongly recommended.
