Community Meditation (pay-what-you-can)

Start the weekend with some quiet, centering time for yourself. Each session will begin with a review of the basics and and then move on to explore a variety of forms of meditation. Whether you are curious about meditating, want to refresh your practice with some different techniques, or simply enjoy the energy of meditating with others, please join us. Open to anyone in the community; just drop in. All levels.
