In this six-week special we'll come to understand the science behind reduced breathing and learn fitness-boosting breathing practices that can be integrated easily into a daily routine.

Reduced breathing was practiced for centuries by yogis, developed in the 20th century by physician Konstantin Buteyko, and popularized by his student Patrick McKeown, author of The Oxygen Advantage. Philip studied with McKeown to help his daughter overcome a respiratory issue and has since applied the practices to his own life and become a member of Buteyko Professionals International.

No yoga experience required. Many practices can be done lying down, walking, or seated. Not suitable for pregnant women. Others with medical conditions should consult their physician.
