Managing Anxiety with Ayurveda with Penny Diamanti

In this workshop, we’ll cover the different ways anxiety manifests in each constitution (dosha) and ways to regain balance through appropriate:

– Lifestyle modifications and routines
– Food choices and guidelines for healthy eating
– Specific asanas, pranayama practices, and mantras
– Ayurvedic and western herbs, aromatherapy, and color therapies
