Are you preparing for a spring race? Or is high intensity cardio exercise a part of your weekly routine? Or perhaps you are working on a couch to 5k? Regardless if you walk, run, bike, swim, consider yourself a new athlete or seasoned athlete, this class is for you. Over a series of four classes we will work to balance the intensity of your spring training.

This class is in support of the Takoma Park 5k. Join us for one class or all four!

The cost for each class is by donation at the door and the proceeds benefit Safe Routes to School.
