Amalie Malochee

Yoga has guided Amalie’s journey into wellness through intense physical practice, as well as calm meditation and gentle restorative poses. Her classes are guided by this concept of intense physical practice to focus, activate, and energize the body, followed by a restorative close. She uses a variety of props, including chairs, blankets, blocks, and straps help to illuminate those parts of us we are less attuned to, as well as adapt to different body types and abilities.


She has over six years of experience teaching in studios and schools in DC area as a RYT-200, and more than a decade as a dedicated student with primarily alignment and strength based yoga instructors in India and the US.
