Anusara Immersion is a commitmentto the study
and understanding of Anusara Yoga. Anusara Yoga seeks to empower
those who seek to align more fully with their own heart’s desire.
It is a path that invites us to become more of who we truly are
in body, mind and spirit.
This three-part program covers in detail, the
basic elements of yoga philosophy, alignment, and anatomy. It
will also explore the practices of pranayama, meditation and
the science of ayurveda. A total of 108 curriculum hours are
included.
After completing the Anusara Immersion program,
you will have a sound working knowledge of the principles of
Anusara Yoga and be able to integrate those teachings more deeply
into your own yoga practice. This solid foundation also gives
those wanting to pursue Anusara Yoga Teacher Training, the confidence
and skill needed to take that step. It is an important prerequisite
for the WSYC Yoga Teaching Training program.
While all dedicated students are welcome to
sign up for any or all of the three Anusara Immersion program
modules, priority is given to those intending to take the 2009
Yoga Teacher Training program. The Immersion program has space
for 45 students.
This is a program that is sure to transform
your practice as well as your life!
