Sujata Roy

As a naturalist and nature educator, Sujata’s mission is to connect people to the natural world and to their own bodies. Sujata started practicing yoga in 2004 and Pilates in 2008. She is certifies in Classical Pilates. Sujata believes Pilates is the perfect complement to deepen your yoga practice. Staying centered while in motion is key to both traditions. The inner core strength learned in Pilates supports a sense of grounding and stability that translates into all areas of your life. Sujata finds that it can change the way you breathe, walk, hike, and, yes, even kayak.
