Stephanie Crane

Stephanie Crane is a recent graduate of the Willow Street 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program and has spent more than 10 years studying different types of yoga. She teaches lovely flow classes that infuse humor and fun with an alignment-based focus and blend of many different styles of yoga. She inspires her students through their yoga practice to cultivate self-kindness and to reduce self-doubt and judgement. Through taking the time to practice yoga Stephanie hopes that each of her students will stay present both on and off the mat and maintain a spirit of self-care that allows them to feel empowered and embodied everyday.
