Sheree Mullen

Sheree believes strongly in the power of yoga to transform the mind, the body and the spirit. Her fun, enthusiastic and playful teaching style is balanced by her knowledge of alignment, meditation, breathwork and the therapeutic benefits of the practice; all offered with clarity and inspiration. She has been teaching yoga for 13 years, has trained in ParaYoga, Anusara yoga, is a RYT, and continues her studies with Rod Stryker and many others.
