Jason Snow

Jason grew up around yoga. (His mother used to teach at Willow Street two decades ago!) His official training is in Raja Yoga (RYT 200) and his practice typically incorporates a slow power flow. He teaches meditation in motion, with a particular emphasis on simplicity, breath, presence, and self care.
