Be inspired to enter into a deeper level of study and knowledge of Anusara® yoga. This program is designed for both aspiring teachers and committed students who want to develop their experience of Anusara® yoga. The Anusara® Yoga Immersion Program is offered in recognition that the path of yoga is one of life-long study. Instead of rushing to become teachers, we must first learn to be great students. Anusara® yoga seeks to empower those who seek to align more fully with their own heart’s desire. It is a path that invites us to become more of who we truly are in body, mind and spirit.
Willow Street Yoga’s Anusara® Yoga Immersion Program offers a comprehensive curriculum in three parts and totals over 108 hours. We will explore the basic elements of yoga philosophy, alignment, and anatomy along with the practices of pranayama, meditation and the science of Ayurveda.
After completing this program, you will have a sound working knowledge of the principles of Anusara® yoga and be able to integrate those teachings more deeply into your own yoga practice. This solid foundation also gives those wanting to pursue Anusara® yoga teacher training the confidence and skill needed to take that step. It is an important prerequisite for any Anusara® yoga teacher training program.
To maintain a diverse yet intimate Immersion community, our program is limited to 45 participants. Register now to ensure your place! This wonderful program is sure to transform your yoga practice as well as your life!
