Empowering Whole Women with Yoga & SoulCollage®️: A Benefit Workshop for DASH with Natalie Miller

Empowering Whole Women with Yoga & SoulCollage®️: A Benefit Workshop for DASH with Natalie Miller

The District Alliance for Safe Housing, or DASH, helps survivors of domestic abuse rebuild their lives on their own terms by providing access to safe housing. We’re honored to support DASH in its mission
by hosting this deeply empowering, feminist workshop.

In this society that denigrates and disempowers women in myriad ways, it’s vital that we support women in nurturing and honoring their whole selves. Both yoga and SoulCollage® can be excellent practices through which women find deep power through whole-self-love.

Yoga (as Natalie teaches it) encourages women to connect with and honor our bodies, and to care more about how we feel than about how we look.

SoulCollage® is a creative, intuitive, right-brained process through which we get to know, express, and integrate the various parts of ourselves – even and especially the parts that our misogynist culture deems problematic.

In this workshop, join Natalie for a feminist gathering including all-levels yoga and an introduction to SoulCollage®. You’ll enjoy being with like-hearted women, and come away feeling more inspired,
empowered, and whole.

All materials are provided, and all proceeds go to benefit DASH, which you can learn more about by visiting www.dashdc.org.
