Yoga + Meditation (I/II+)

is the science of spirit and self-mastery. Classes offer unique sequences and visualizations that align with the teachings of Rod Stryker's ParaYoga technique, along with therapeutically-focused alignment principles and balanced action. Practice also includes pranayama, mantra meditation, chakra work, specific kriyas and yoga nidra.
