Yoga & Meditation (II+)

Explore refinement, inquiry, self-awareness, and play within the scope of therapeutic alignment. For intermediate students who would like more instruction, preparation and practice in inversions and their variations - handstand, forearm balance, headstand, and shoulderstand. Cultivate integration, strength, mobility, focus, calm, and energetic balance through the laboratory of the body and breath. Includes pranayama, meditation, visualization, and yoga nidra.
