Yoga for Strength, Mobility, & Balance

A fun, uplifting class in a supportive community atmosphere, designed to improve the quality of everyday life on all levels.

*We build STRENGTH using poles and bands and by holding poses in increasing intervals over time.

*We improve MOBILITY by integrating Flexaware (derived from Feldenkrais work) into our yoga. Flexaware helps free up the body to enhance breathing, coordination, and movement in daily activities, from walking to dancing to sports.

*BALANCE is an integral part of every class. As we build strength, mobility, and focus, balance improves over time.
